Do you have a shop?
No, we are an online-only toy store.
We do have offices in Elissar, Mazraat Yachouh, but you will only find there people staring at their computer screens! Besides, it would be difficult for a single store to stock all the items we have on our site.
Which explains why we only sell toys and products from known brands and manufacturers, with consistently high quality output, fault-free and standard compliant, and why all the products on our site contain as much information as possible about them.
Are all products on PlayOne in stock, in Lebanon?
Yes, unless mentioned otherwise.
Products run out of stock all the time and sometimes we have not enough time to mark them as 'out-of-stock' and people will order these products... In those cases, we will
- try to find the product from around Beirut and buy it, or
- give you a call to give you the sad news and propose an alternative and
- if you have paid by card, refund you the amount of the products out-of-stock directly to your card.
How much do you charge for deliveries?
Delivery is free for orders above 300,000 LBP all over Lebanon. Smaller orders are charged 18,000 LBP for delivery. Exceptions include very large items and items that require installation, and costs depend on the delivery/installation location. Such products mention the additional charges in their description and fees are quoted depending on the delivery/installation location.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on several factors: the type of products you have ordered, when you ordered (beginning of the week, end of the week, holidays, during sales periods, etc), and where you live. On average, orders reach their customers after 3-4 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days). It means that in some cases, your order might reach you the next day or (on some rare occasions) the same day (on working days). And that some orders will take longer, such as 5 or 6 business days. During periods of Sales, Black Friday, or during the busy Christmas period, it is normal for order to take longer such as 8 to 10 business days.
Can you deliver my order today?
Maybe. We do offer same day delivery to some orders. If you ordered before 12pm, if you live in Beirut, and if your order is not too hard for us, you might be able to receive it the same day! Give us a call after passing your order to check with us if your order is eligible for same day delivery.
Can I schedule the delivery? Can you deliver on a specific date?
Yes. Contact us or leave us a message on checkout (when specifying the payment method).
If I order my toys today for Christmas or for a birthday, can you keep them before that day?
Yes. I f you plan to be delivered beyond 2 weeks time, make sure your order has been paid. We will deliver it to you on your preferred date.
At what times do you deliver? What days do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday, from 8 till 7pm, and Saturday mornings.
Can you deliver on Sunday?
Generally no, but it can be made possible in special cases, check with us.
Do you deliver to my town (in Lebanon)?
Yes, we deliver all over Lebanon.
Do you deliver to my country? I live abroad.
Yes we can. Create an account, fill up your shopping cart with the desired items and send us an email when done, providing us with a shipping address. We will check several shipping providers for estimates, and let you know of the costs. Shipping costs will be added to your cart, which you then pay by credit/debit card.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you prefer to pick up your order yourself, you can do that directly from our offices. We are in Mazraat Yachouh, Metn. You can find us easily on Google Maps. Please mention pick-up when creating your order in your comments, so we can let you know the moment you can pass to pick-up your order. As most orders need to be gathered from multiple warehouses, in general you will not be able to pick up your order on the same day as you submit it to us. Also please note that we do not refund delivery charges in most cases, or reduce our prices for this reason.
Do you install some of the larger toys, like slides, swings, etc?
Yes we do, generally for a fee, which will vary based on the size and complexity of the product and location of the installation. Some of the bigger products require a small team of professionals to come, assess the location and set up the playsets in a way that is compliant to safety standards. Give us a call to request a quote, or simply mention while finishing your order that you would like installation and we'll get in touch with you.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, you can pay cash when you receive your order. In fact this is our most popular option!

Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes, you can pay your order by credit or debit card. This is the easiest way to pay, especially when sending a gift. When completing your order (after giving us your address), you will be asked if you’d like to pay on delivery or by card.
I have paid by card. But my order has changed or has been cancelled! What happens now?
No worries, we can refund you order partially or completely within minutes. After a few days, your bank account will show the refunded amount.
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes you can, under certain conditions. However, you will only receive the products on the final payment. This is convenient if you are planning for a special date (birthday, Christmas), and you would like to make sure the toys will still be available to you on that day. In any case, give us a call to discuss your particular situation.
